Oh My God…Scary Spice Has My Body!

OMG! Scary Spice (Mel B) has the body I want to have even after having a baby.  Have you seen her.? She has, like, 12 packMel B. wants to tighten your "jibbly bits" abs.  I had to insert a picture just for reference.  Someone was telling me that she does 1000 crunches every other day.  I have to start doing some core workouts ’cause my back is killing from lifting my baby girl all the time. 

I am on a mission to get in shape as part of my 90 day Challenge.  I have been doing really well with the nutrition aspect and am now kicking up the exercise.  Today I ran about a mile and a half before getting ready to attack my work for the day.  It felt great, but I felt really heavy while doing it.  I haven’t really run, which is my favorite exercise, in about 3 weeks.  The second week of my vacation I totally fell off of doing any workouts, and the first week back at work I totally didn’t work out at all.  I walked a couple of miles this weekend, and that felt great BUT its not enough.  I want to make a major change. 

I’ll keep you posted on my Scary Spice transition as the 90 days go along.  Wish me luck and a lot of will power because I love chocolate chip cookies…lol.   Nichole Ayanna signing off!

    You can do it Nichole. It will definitely take discipline but you can get there. Happy crunching!
